Brewing

Summer of 2024, we visited Nova Scotia (drove the EV – no problem) and Hamilton, ON (same). In each, I asked and was allowed in to photograph the brew tanks.

I will be doing the same in others, especially in Newmarket – gotta love that stainless steel. The images look great printed on glossy paper. I have even mounted some on aluminum beer cans, just for fun.

These are all shot on my Fujifilm XT5, with Raw (Raf) processing done on Silkypix Developer Pro 11.
